Perklist: Public Reviews

Public reviews are an important source of information that customers use to make decisions on what restaurant or business to visit, especially when it is their first time learning about the business. Having a proactive approach to tracking and responding to reviews can help improve overall ratings over time and deal with potential issues earlier rather than later.

Perklist provides a way to easily track and manage public reviews from Google and Yelp in one place, so you can stay on top of what people are saying and be a positive influence on these conversations.

Public Review Management

When you first sign up for Perklist, we’ll automatically pull in the most recent 50 reviews from Google and Yelp and display them in the “Feedback” area of your account. Then our system will do a daily check of any new reviews and provide a notification in your dashboard so you can know when you receive reviews and be able to reply promptly.

You can add internal notes to each review to help save and share information on the reviews or customers that left the reviews. You can also use notes to track how you handled the situation, responded to the review, and achieved a particular result. And you can check back on notes of actions taken to see which strategies work best.

For better analytics, public reviews can be seen in list and chart views for a visual history of past reviews that can help spot trends and measure results over time. The charts can be seen in weekly and monthly formats and can be filtered to show reviews from Google, Yelp, or both.

You can also use the anonymous and private surveys and feedback tools Perklist offers to better understand your customers and their experiences at your business to make improvements that can positively impact your public reviews.
