Perklist: Customer Profiles


With the customer management features in Perklist, you can see key customer information and past activity on feedback received, perks redeemed, and notes from your staff.

Perklist gives you a set of digital tools for customer engagement, and customer profiles help you better understand your customers and track the interactions you have with them. It is easy to invite customers to use Perklist and customize the options you ask guests to share when they sign up.

Once customers are signed up for Perklist, you can reward and engage them in various ways and track their key activities in their guest profile, which will show an overview summary of these activities along with details under the following tabs:

  • Summary – Includes a count of the main activities along with editable customer information (Name, Email, Phone, Birthday) and customer preferences (Food Allergies, Food Preferences, Notes).
  • Perks – View a list of the individual perks the customer received, when they received them, and when they were redeemed.
  • Feedback – See any surveys the person has completed and go directly to the survey responses.
  • Visits – Check the last time a customer visited and their visit history of times they joined the waitlist or made a reservation through Perklist.
  • Messages – View any private messages that have been sent to or received from the customer via Perklist.
